Unexpected veterinary health concerns seem to happen at the least convenient times. We provide urgent and emergency services during regular business hours and understand that great medicine doesn’t come without cost. The following options are available during those times.
Payment Options
Payment is expected when services are rendered. To focus on your pets’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill or have payment plans through the hospital.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, Scratchpay, and cash. The card owner must sign all cards, and you may be asked to provide picture identification if the name on the card differs from the one on the account with our hospital. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Ladson Veterinary Hospital understands this and is able to make special financing options available* through the CareCredit credit card. If approved, you can select from available financing options that allow you to pay over time for care.* You can see if you prequalify at: https://www.carecredit.com/go/247DJH/.
