A wonderful staff full of kind people. Special shout out to Cody. Cody is hands down the best tech I’ve ever worked with. He takes his time to explain things to me. He has held me when I’ve cried over things with my pet. He isn’t unrealistic with me but he has a way of saying even bad news that makes me slightly more hopeful and not as scared. He makes my dog feel less scared too. He truly cares about me and my dog which I feel is hard to find these days.

My dogs needed their annual check and they were able to see us right away. The same day! They were so good to my dogs; distracting them from the shots, and thorough examinations, and while the prognosis wasn’t 100% positive, they kept me informed so I didn’t get overwhelmed or too upset. I will be using Ladson Vet as my go-to pet care as long as I live in the Charleston/Summerville area.
